- get 39 pounds lighter by August 6, 2010, my 39th birthday
- watch the 39 pounds melt away by visually seeing my 39 butter (empty) cartons disappear (I have them stacked in my kitchen)
- use the wii fit 3-4 times a week and track my results/accomplishments
- use my friend's home gym (her really cool, free garage full of exercise equipment) 3-4 times a week
- access my sister's wealth of knowledge on core workouts
- stay in focus of my goal
- keep a food diary
- blog about my journey (for me, not you...but please leave any positive comment you want)

Love this, Paigey...Hmmm...I need to join you. My gut spilleth over lately and I'm way to cheap to buy new clothes. :) I have a Wii and am looking forward to seeing if you think it is worth it to buy Wii fit. Good Luck. I'm proud of you.
