The End of 2009

Here is the plan (in some sort of nutshell)
  • get 39 pounds lighter by August 6, 2010, my 39th birthday
  • watch the 39 pounds melt away by visually seeing my 39 butter (empty) cartons disappear (I have them stacked in my kitchen)
  • use the wii fit 3-4 times a week and track my results/accomplishments
  • use my friend's home gym (her really cool, free garage full of exercise equipment) 3-4 times a week
  • access my sister's wealth of knowledge on core workouts
  • stay in focus of my goal
  • keep a food diary
  • blog about my journey (for me, not you...but please leave any positive comment you want)
Note to self, 39 pounds is not the end and desired goal-weight, but a good goal none-the-less.

  1. Love this, Paigey...Hmmm...I need to join you. My gut spilleth over lately and I'm way to cheap to buy new clothes. :) I have a Wii and am looking forward to seeing if you think it is worth it to buy Wii fit. Good Luck. I'm proud of you.
